Located in the highly competitive market of Box Hill, the SJB-designed Central Park tower required a strategic approach in order to stand out from the competition.
Appointed by developer H&F Property from early in the project, Urban Activation recognised the abundance of smaller stock in the market and sought to create a unique offer for the client. Involved in the design from the start, the Urban Activation team created larger options for the under-serviced downsizer market across levels 16 to 18. With great facilities and a superior location, there was a strong reason to create diversity in the product offering.
The strategy was sound, with Urban Activation selling 168 apartments between January and June 2017. Achieving $10,000 per square metre in Box Hill, it set a strong price locally.
