As master agent, we work with developers to craft and execute effective market entry and exit strategies. Using our team’s knowledge of what attracts purchasers, we assess a project’s attributes holistically – such as product mix and resident amenity – and provide recommendations that we know will drive better sales results.
Our marketing campaigns deliver strong returns by targeting the right buyers in Australia as well as offshore, using our exemplary wholesale network and on-ground specialist sales team.

In 2017 Urban Activation was the master sales agent for H&F Property on the Central Park in Box Hill which is currently under construction.
