A fully licensed estate agent in Queensland, Victoria and New Zealand, Stephanie has a deep understanding of the national property market. She has been a key director at Urban Activation since 2013.

Carol has held the Victorian license for Urban Activation since 2013, and has enjoyed a successful long-term career in real estate. A licensed real estate agent since 1992, Carol?s extensive experience includes Trinity Property Solutions and Barry Plant.

With extensive contacts in finance, accounting and real estate around the world, Lucas brings to Urban Activation an ability to create rewarding partnerships that drive sales. Travelling regularly around Australia, Asia and the UAE, Lucas has built sales channels and been involved directly in more than 1000 sales.

Since 2015, Ben?s expertise has focused on driving strong returns for clients as Urban Activation?s sales manager. Highly qualified and experienced in both property and sales, Ben spent two years overseeing new development sales for Trinity Property Solutions, and three years as the Director of New Business Development for DirectView Holdings in New York City.

Since joining Urban Activation in 2013, former qualified electrician Kurt has played a key role in the development of the company?s display and resale sales business. With his unique knowledge of property, Kurt oversees a portfolio of more than 400 properties, which continues to grow as Urban Activation settles its successfully sold projects.

Overseeing the successful financial management of Urban Activation since 2013, Yulin has extensive experience managing complex financial transactions. A financial controller at Trinity Property Solutions since 2007, she has also held various accounting administration roles in the NZ government. Yulin is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

For almost 15 years Matt has been an independent director of numerous real estate and sales organisations across Australia. He has played a key role in the sales and marketing of more than 2,500 homes, townhouses and apartments across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. An expert on what sells, Matt provides advice on feasibility, site acquisition, marketing sales rates and exit strategy.
