Carol has held the Victorian license for Urban Activation since 2013, and has enjoyed a successful long-term career in real estate. A licensed real estate agent since 1992, Carol’s extensive experience includes Trinity Property Solutions and Barry Plant.
YULIN WANGGroup Financial Controller
Overseeing the successful financial management of Urban Activation since 2013, Yulin has extensive experience managing complex financial transactions. A financial controller at Trinity Property Solutions since 2007, she has also held various accounting administration roles in the NZ government. Yulin is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Since 2015, Ben’s expertise has focused on driving strong returns for clients as Urban Activation’s sales manager. Highly qualified and experienced in both property and sales, Ben spent two years overseeing new development sales for Trinity Property Solutions, and three years as the Director of New Business Development for DirectView Holdings in New York City.

Adam has over 20 years experience of owning and managing a range of high end hospitality venues. With significant hotel, retail and leasing experience and strong connections in the Victorian property and business community, Adam brings extensive skills and experience to the Urban Activation team.
MATT GEORGEDirector of Sales & Marketing
For almost 15 years Matt has been an independent director of numerous real estate and sales organisations across Australia. He has played a key role in the sales and marketing of more than 3,000 homes, townhouses and apartments across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. An expert on what sells, Matt provides advice on feasibility, site acquisition, marketing sales rates and exit strategy.

Jonti has extensive experience in retail, e-commerce, brand management and marketing across multiple industries. Jonti adds substantial value to both developer and purchaser communications.

Aimee brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial spirited experience in business development. In recent years Aimee has worked for prominent real estate agencies in Sydney, selling high end residential properties on the Northern Beaches and Upper North Shore. Aimee is excited to join the Urban Activation team with a new focus in the Central West.

Bella Gough has been involved in the Newcastle property industry since she was just 16, working alongside agency directors, leading agents, and auctioneers. Her recent background was working with one of Australia’s Leading Strata Management firms. She is known within the industry for her ambition and integrity.

Janette joined the Urban Activation team with 15 years experience selling property within the Retirement sector, overseeing the sales & marketing of several of Newcastle’s Retirement projects including the first Vertical Over 55’s.
